Editor-Tested: Make Your Own Schutz Shoes Finding the perfect pair of shoes is like finding a unicorn on the sidewalk. In an ideal world, we'd each create our own custom designs, with the perfect heel height, vamp, color, and fabric. Fortunately for us, that dream isn't so lofty—Schutz gave us a chance to do all of the above. When the Brazilian footwear brand invited us to their flagship store on Madison Avenue in N.Y.C. to celebrate the launch of their spring collection, they had each guest make their own personalized pair of shoes, complete with our names pressed inside. 
Chalk it up to similar tastes, but InStyle.com Associate Editor Andrea Cheng and I both commissioned the exact same pair: the Irma, a stiletto heel with an adjustable ankle strap.
