How to Dress Down at Work without Sacrificing Style "I've always been told you could judge someone's personal style not by what they wear when they're trying, but on an "off" or "lazy" day. This was one of those days. That being said, I always try to elevate even a comfy item like a t-shirt by matching it with casual yet polished pieces like lace-up sandals and a denim pencil skirt.
