"I head to Sephora for their cute makeup bags. I love to travel so their 3-in-1 clear bags are a staple in my carry-on. These bags make it easy to organize my loot while still allowing me to see what's inside, and the fun graphics keep it from looking too utilitarian." —Sheryl George, Beauty Editor
"If you saw me without concealer on, you'd think I haven't slept in about a week, but the problem with most that I've tried is that they look so obvious. Stila's Aqua Glow formula is super fluid and lightweight, so it almost melts into your skin, but provides ample coverage you can build on if any areas need a little more love than the others. The hyaluronic acid infused in the concealer keeps my complexion hydrated, even in the dead of winter, and for the ultimate no-makeup effect, I love dabbing a little bit over a layer of tinted moisturizer just down my nose and on my under-eye area." —Marianne Mychaskiw, Associate Beauty Editor
"I go wild for skincare at Sephora. Right now, I'm trying to stick to the cleanest formulas possible and have been hoarding everything natural guru Tata Harper makes, especially her Resurfacing Mask, which smells like crushed flower petals and leaves my skin looking and feeling like I just had a professional facial (sans the painful extractions) in just 20 minutes." —Maura Lynch, Senior Beauty Editor

Bidding Adieu to InStyle Staffer, Sharon Clott-Kanter
Today was a sad day around the InStyle office as we send off former Senior Editor Sharon Clott-Kanter onto her next professional adventure. Thanks for all of your hard work, Sharon, and for keeping things lively around the office!
"I've spent a wonderful five years and three months on Team InStyle, on both the digital and print teams, and I've absolutely loved every minute of it. I've been afforded some incredible opportunities, from covering the Globes and the Oscars to the Toronto and Sundance film festivals to interviewing some of my favorite stars, like Julianne Moore, Naomi Watts, and Sarah Jessica Parker. I'm leaving with so many new life and career lessons, though the one thing I'll really remember is the brand's emphasis on defining true moments — and my time here has been one of the best moments of my life."
In honor of Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 show Thursday, assistant editor Claire Stern showed her fandom by sporting a sweatshirt emblazoned with the rapper's face.
Valentine's Day is synonymous with decadent desserts. This year, we're in good hands thanks to the creative bakers over at Georgetown Cupcake and their beautifully decorated limited-edition flavors.
Shailene Woodley Stuns on the March Cover of InStyle
After a three-week trek in India, Shailene Woodley hadn't been thinking about fashion very much. In fact, she returned to the States with practically nothing more than "a pair of leggings, a pair of sweats, one long-sleeve shirt, and this shawl," the 24-year-old says inside InStyle's March issue, available on newsstands and for digital download Feb. 12. But stepping on to the set of our cover shoot in Los Angeles, Woodley's enlightened vibe infused the crew as she greeted everyone with a big hug. "She's a hippie after my own heart," says photographer Thomas Whiteside. "I wanted her to look like herself—effortless."
